Registry

The American Bungalow Registry

The Registry is a privately funded archive of period homes, established to protect and preserve America’s historic houses and neighborhoods, encourage the bungalow way of life, and save a few bungalows in the process.

Home registration is simple and free — without restrictions or obligations of any kind on the registered homeowner or subsequent buyers. Registered homeowners may wish to purchase and display the American Bungalow registry certificate and window placard ($9.95) to make the Registry known to other owners of historic homes and also encourage their registration. The certificate and placard can be ordered in the Bungalow Bookstore by clicking here.

Please note: All photographs and materials submitted to the Registry become the property of the Registry and cannot be returned.

For our printable Registry form, click here. This is the most recommended choice if you intend to send us pictures of your bungalow. Submissions can be sent to:
