I'm looking ahead to downsizing my house from 2400' and as odd as it sounds, just 'discovered' bungalows. Because I'm in the business, I'm curios what the windows had over them - I'm guessing curtains, but were these considere part of the bungalow or did people add their own?

Linen panels were often used and very plain. |

Some had wooden blinds or small interior wooden shutters. A book like "Bungalow Interiors" can give you some good ideas and pictures.

If it were up to me, I;d say go with Linen curtains. If the room is brightly colored, then I might consider an earth tone. Conversely, if the room already has plenty of earth tones, then some bolder colors would make it pop.

Yes, Liner curtains. But I would say have some bright color so it would look more spacious. If you get lots of sunlight then have some bold color to look it neutral.
