We are a tree-shaded gem nestled in the heart of Tampa, providing tranquil relief from the heavily-trafficked thoroughfares that border us. Those stately old bungalows that you see being maintained and restored date back to the early 1900s. Tour will be located at the Seminole Garden Center Tickets are in advance and the day of the tour.

This year's Annual Historic Home Tour Weekend features six major homes of early 20th-century Mission Hills. On Saturday, April 13, guests can enjoy their choice of walking and biking architecture tours while the main home tour will take place on Sunday, April 14. The Annual Historic Home Tour Weekend is SOHO's biggest fundraiser of the year. Funds generated will further our cause of promoting preservation of the architectural, cultural, and historical links and landmarks that contribute to the community identity, depth and character of the San Diego area.

Washington Hall is one of the city’s most valuable community resources and Historic Seattle’s current “work in progress”. Ongoing restoration efforts on the 1908 Danish Brotherhood Hall are geared to making it a popular location for live performance, dance, rehearsals, classes, and workshops (Visit www.washingtonhall.org for history and rental information) It is the perfect location in which to host the second year of our Building Renovation Fair which differs from existing home and remodeling fairs, as we focus specifically on appropriate methods and materials for repairing old buildings. Take this opportunity to meet the region’s experts in old buildings--the salvage houses, restoration and renovation architects, contractors, interior designers, and trades people who appreciate working on the components of old houses in glass, wood, metal, tile and ceramics, plumbing, electrical, hardware, painting, plaster, and wood windows. We have a wonderful collection of artists, metalsmiths, woodworkers and weavers selling their handcrafted iteams in the following categories: Art, Ceramics, Fiber, Furniture, Glass, Jewelry, Painting, Textiles. There will be Demonstrations Workshops, and Presentations through out the day. General Admission. Members of participating guilds admitted free.

Not only is it the largest clay show in the U.S., but features work from a variety of art guilds including: Creative Metal Arts Guild, Oregon Glass Guild, Guild of Oregon Woodworkers, Northwest Fine Woodworkers Guild, Portland Bead Society and the Portland Handweavers Guild.
