We purchased this beautiful prairie settle from The Craftsman Home in Berkeley in late 2004. It is from The Hile Studio. It is made of quarter sawn oak with leather upholstery and 4 leather pillows. It is in excellent condition as it was in a rarely used living room. We have since moved out of our 1922 bungalow into a newly constructed home and we are looking for a different sofa. This is a great find at a great price for the right buyer!
