We bought a Craftsman style house three years ago—a Sears Kit House, the Arlington Model, circa 1913. Little had been updated or changed in the house, which looks today much like it originally looked, as can be seen from the picture taken in the 1920s. It still has the original chestnut woodwork throughout the house along with three bedrooms, a stained glass window, beautiful wood floors, and two fireplaces. We are very happy to have found this gem.
