Any current subscriber to American Bungalow Magazine may place a complimentary listing of one home for sale on the American Bungalow Web site for the duration of his or her subscription (current or renewed) for a maximum of 12 months.
If you are currently not a subscriber: For $29.95, you'll receive the next four issues of the magazine as well as the complimentary placement of one home's listing on AB's Web site.*Please refer to the Magazine Subscriptions/Ordering Information listed above.
If you wish to list more than one home, or to continue listing a home beyond 12 months, a $50.00 fee will be applied to each additional or extended listing.
AB will post a home's photographs along with descriptive copy. We will not, however, post full color ads on the site. Copy and photos are subject to editing at our discretion. Materials may be submitted by e-mailing editors@ambungalow.com.
Each online home listing will run for 12 months or until the homeowner/homeseller contacts American Bungalow to cancel or withdraw the advertisement. Please notify us when the home is sold.
