Restoration house in San Francisco Bay Area
We're looking at a 1910 Craftsman in the San Francisco Bay Area that we're thinking about buying. Needs full restoration/remodel inside and out, lots of work, new kitchen, bathrooms everything. We're trying to see if there is an architect/contractor who could take on the whole thing in the Bay Area.

I would check with the local preservation group for referrals on architects, contractors and craftspeople.
I don't know the Bay Area as well, but here in Southern California, the resource list is one of the main reasons people join some organizations.

I would check with the Berkeley Architectural Heritage Assoc. Berkeley has a rich history of Bungalows and A&C architecture and they should be able to point you to some local resources. http://berkeleyheritage.com/Diane
