 we are lookign at buying this one in Californiai am wondering what type of bungalow might be considered. it is a fixer but looks to only really need a face lift

Re: we are lookign at buying this one in California I'm not sure if it falls into any specific category, though it has many of the features of a classic California style bungalow, such as the exposed rafter tails and tapered columns. I especially like the details of the windows which are very nice.
