Post 1928 Bungalow. Need Identification please.
Hi I am new to the site as well as the Bungalow style. Can anyone tell me the type of Bungalow we have here? We are really excited to get started on our project. :D

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,

Scotty

Scotty,
As an architect and architectural historian I'm not sure what you mean when you say "type" of Bungalow. The as-built date of 1928 certainly puts it in the classic bungalow era. It appears to be brick masonry making it a small bungalow more common perhaps in the Midwest and South than here in the Pacific Northwest where most of our smaller bungalows are wood frame construction. The photo shows a nice three part window that certainly looks original with a stone or concrete sill typical of masonry construction. Yep, it's a bungalow. But style? I'll let others weigh in. Enjoy your renovation. Best regards, Don Rouzie

Thanks Don for your help. "Style" is what I meant. Thanks again.
