Re: Fort Worth, TX bungalow neighborhoods?
I live north of Fort Worth and my wife and I enjoy looking at older homes. There are two areas I like to look around that I have found:

There is a one large neighborhood south of the intersection of Forest Park Blvd and W. Rosedale St. This area has a large number of older home styles. This is just south of downtown and I30.

Also north of Camp Bowie Blvd, west of University Dr., are quite a few older homes, with a lot of tudors.

I also found this listed on a web site, but have not been to this area:
Elizabeth Boulevard Historic District
Elizabeth Boulevard between Hurley and College Avenues in Fort Worth. A collection of dwellings built mostly between 1911 and 1920.

One way I like to see older houses in an area is to go to
www.realtor.com and do a specific search for older homes in a certain town. That will give you some addresses and names of the neighborhoods.

Almost all of the older homes are on the south side of Fort Worth.
