Model Homes

Four models are available.  The homes range in size from 1132 to 1264 square feet.  An optional basement can increase the size of a home for a growing family and finishing a room above the garage can increase the square footage by approximately 400 sq ft.  Base prices are as follows:

The Knoll (1132 SF) $139,200 Floor Plan Elevation
The Cherry (1212 SF) $142,700 Floor Plan Elevation
The Diamond (1236 SF) $140,200 Floor Plan Elevation

The Knoll, Cherry, and Diamond plans now have NEW floor plan options.  Contact us for details.
