How to Purchase a Home

We are happy to sign a Reservation Agreement as soon as you become interested in one of these homes.  This agreement requires a deposit of $500 in order to reserve the lot of your choice.

Within the reservation period, you can obtain loan pre-qualification, select your home options, and choose the interior finish products.  By the end of the reservation period, a contract for the new home must be completed.  When the contract is signed, the pricing for the new home is no longer subject to cost increases and your reservation deposit is applied toward the earnest money deposit on the contract.

In the event that you cannot secure financing, the reservation deposit is fully refunded and you are under no further obligation.
